My goal is to help kids of the ages of 5-10 through the virtual world with the help of videos to become better at the sport of football. I aim to do so till December 2020.
The IB MYP Process Journal is a useful place to record information while working on all stages of the Personal Project. The student creates the journal in a format that suits his/her needs (scrap book, word doc., blog, composition notebook, binder, etc).
My project was always on the lines of football and either the betterment of myself or the betterment of someone else who could use my help. I chose to do it for someone else due to the fact that I didn't start football at a young age which made it a bit harder for me to start it during my prime years, thats why I wanted to help other kids start early and get an advantage. The global context that I chose for this project was Identities and Relationships. I chose this because I thought about the long run and that was how football could build up or alter a persons identity and the relationships they make. This can also help you answer two questions which is: Who are you and what do you want to be? During the course of this project I have been an inquirer, thinker, open minded, and a risk taker which were all a big part of my journey as they helped me. There were three main ATL skills that i used and they were - Affective skills, Media literacy skills, and Creative thinking skills.
