Left teaching in 1988 to pursue national and international lecture tours that encouraged respect for oneself and others in the context of family life and sex education


Elected Vice President of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists

Honored by Planned Parenthood with the Mary Lee Tatum Award, given to educators who exemplify the qualities of the ideal sexuality educator
