Deputy city manager and pension plan administrator for the City of Falls Church, where she has worked since 2006.

Responsible for community engagement, special projects, capital planning, federal and state legislation, ADA compliance, IT operations, environmental sustainability, affordable housing, and pension plans.

Has exhibited long-term commitment to public service, as evidenced by her 16 years and counting in Falls Church and prior to that, 23 years in Loudoun County, where she served from 1982 to 2005 in various human services capacities.

Earned ICMA (International City/County Management Association) Certified Manager credential in 2010 and served as the president of the Virginia affiliate in 2020.

Advocate for arts and culture as shown by her dedication to special projects including the Tinner Hill historic site and walk, the South Washington Street transit plaza history panels, Creative Cauldron, and the Falls Church Art and Humanities Council.
