Robyn Cox

On Wednesday, January 12, 1977, 20 year old Robyn Cox was murdered inside her apartment at 241 Avocado Street in Costa Mesa, CA. Robyn was a waitress at Coco’s Restaurant who lived with a roommate who found her face down in their bathtub. An autopsy concluded that she had been strangled. There were no signs of struggle in the apartment. Cox was known to spend time on MacArthur Blvd an area of Orange County known as a place for entertainment.

There isn’t a lot publicly known about Cox. She was 5 feet 2 inches tall and 107 pounds. She was single and had no children. She wanted to be a court reporter.
