Representation/Subject

These works are selections of observational drawings representing the human form, landscape, or still life. These drawings employ contour, quick gestures, measuring, volumetric forms, to tonal cross contours. Building connection between the eye and the hand while considering the economy of linework, this discipline aims to capture the balance, energy, and emotion of observed forms.
