colored candy

This lesson was about color. We haven't worked with colored pencils yet so this was a technical piece. I really enjoy working with colored pencil. This was a technical assignment so paying attention to every detail and shadow.

I started with a sketch and slowly started going in with shadow paying close attention to the negative space. I went in with the colored pencils and then white gel pen.

This project didn't call for a lot of revision and it went by fast.
