Mental Health: Resources for All

In a college environment, taking care of one's mental health is not a topic for just students. It's a topic for everyone. As faculty, you want to know resources to help your students struggle. This week's topic focuses on developing a toolkit on how to help others, given your comfort and skill level. No one will ask you to jump into a situation you are uncomfortable with, but how to support and direct students is paramount to our role as educators.  How do I help a student struggling or need assistance? Where do I direct them? Who can I talk to if I need help?

We'll explore resources from STCC, to local and even national organizations. Also topics like stress management, and work-life balance will be covered.
