This week, you are challenged to a little competition.
Design your own throwing game and share it on the padlet below. See some inspiration I have found and be as creative as you can.
How accurate was your throwing?
What score did you get?
What score did your family get?
Hello Preps, welcome to this week's Physical Education lesson.
Today, we are going to challenge not just our bodies, but our hearing and ability to recognise certain sounds. Listen to this song in the video below and when you hear the music, start doing star jumps. As soon as you hear the words GHOST BUSTERS!, do a burpee! How quickly can you get on the floor?
If you are not sure what a 'burpee' is, don't worry, the man in the video will show you exactly how to do it.
Have fun, and get that heart racing. Do this song every day, and see if you feel a little fitter at the end of the week!
Miss V x
This week I want you all to get out of your seats and dance. Check your heart rate before and after.
Did your heart beat faster or slower after dancing?
Do you think dancing is good for your body? Why?
Remember this one from last term? Let's go!!
We are getting out and about in the neighbourhood again. This time we are looking for things that start with each letter of the alphabet. I wonder will anybody be able to find all 26 letters on their walk.
Share some photos of what you find on your travels.

Walking is an excellent form of exercise. This scavenger hunt should keep you fit and at the same time have fun!
1. Write “Colour Scavenger Hunt” at the top of a paper lunch bag/white piece of paper.
2. Choose the colours you want to hunt for and use your coloured markers to scribble small squares onto the front of the bag of each colour.
3. Go on a walk with an adult and have fun finding all of the colours on the bag. When you find an item that matches one of the colours, place it in the bag. When you are finished show somebody else the things you found. Take photos if you want and share them with me.
