This week, you are challenged to a little competition.
Design your own throwing game and share it on the padlet below. See some inspiration I have found and be as creative as you can.
How accurate was your throwing?
What score did you get?
What score did your family get?
Hello Juniors, welcome to this week's Physical Education lesson.
Today, we are going to challenge not just our bodies, but our hearing and ability to recognise different sounds. Listen to this song in the video below and when you hear the music, start doing star jumps. As soon as you hear the words GHOST BUSTERS!, do a burpee.
How fast can you drop and do a burpee?
If you are not sure what a 'burpee' is, don't worry, the man in the video will show you exactly how to do it.
Have fun, and get that heart racing. Do this song every day, and see if you feel a little fitter at the end of the week!
Miss V x
This week I want you all to get out of your seats and dance. Check your heart rate before and after.
Did it get faster or slower after dancing?
Do you think dancing is good for your body? Why?
Remember this one from last term? Let's go!!
We are getting out and about in the neighbourhood again. This time we are looking for things that start with each letter of the alphabet. I wonder will anybody be able to find all 26 letters on their walk.
Share some photos of what you find on your travels.

Watch the video and keep an eye on the skater in the green suit, representing Australia. Keep watching until the end of the race.....
What can we learn from Stephen Bradbury (the guy in green)?
Walking is great exercise. Why not take your family out on a scavenger hunt?
If you don't have a printer, just draw some boxes on a blank piece of paper and off you go. As you walk along, whenever you see one of the things on the sheet you can tick the box or draw a picture. How fast can you find everything on the list?
With the return to remote learning, you might find it hard to concentrate at times. Follow along the 10@10 to help you get your blood pumping around your body and sharpen up your brain.
