May has now arrived and it has bought the cold weather with it.

It is now the time to plant from the Brassica family. Known as the flower power vegies, the Brassicas consist of cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, kale and brussel sprouts. Brassicas contain high levels of vitamin C, A, E, K, as well as folate, calcium, iron and potassium as well as lots of dietary fibre..... so basically they are really good for you.

Eat your greens for good immunity!!
