WHAT IS TABATA?
The Tabata Workout is a High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout. It consists of 8 various exercises done at maximal intensity for 20 seconds, with a rest period of 10 seconds in between each exercise. The total amount of time for the completion of 1 set of 8 exercises would be 4 minutes.
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
