Site Rules

The following should be obvious to any reasonably minded person but nevertheless, it must be stated:

- This “site” is reliant upon images, texts, and comments that are submitted to it, in order for it to achieve the purpose for which it was created, namely, to be a historical record, to be informative, and to act as a social network for past pupils of “The Wycombe Tech”.

- It must therefore be noted, that this “site” is in the public domain and as such, any image(s), text(s), or comment(s) contained within it, must conform not only to “common decency” as deemed by a reasonably minded person, but also to any Laws relating to “published material” in whatever jurisdiction such Laws may be judged within a Court of Law.

- The Administrator(s) and/or the controller(s) of this “site” give due warning that "you" will be held responsible for the content of "your" submission(s) / contribution(s) to this “web-site”, and as such, any adverse consequence(s) resulting from such, will be "your" responsibility to defend.

- The Administrator(s) and/or the controller(s) of this “site” give due notice that they, to the best of their ability, will monitor this “site” and when aware of any content that they believe may be in breach of “common decency” or the Law, will remove it from the “site” and will, to the best of their ability, prohibit further submission(s) / contribution(s) from the source(s) of such, as can reasonably be identified.

- This “site” is not a place or a forum of opportunity for pay-back, to get even, to put anyone down, or the like, nor is it to be used for abusive, derogatory, offensive, or rude language, or behaviour, or comment.

- You must be accepted as a “Registered" member of this Website in order to make any submission(s) and/or comment(s).

- In order to become a “Registered" member you will be required to accept and adhere to all the above "Site Rules".
