“Sixty more evacuees had been received in High Wycombe, boys from London, who had already been evacuated to other parts of the country. Since being originally evacuated, they had won scholarships to the Shoreditch Technical School, whose pupils were staying with the High Wycombe Technical Institute”.

“Fifteen girls from Clapton Technical School had also been transferred to High Wycombe, after initially being evacuated to Bracknell”.
