Comments about Alan Bissett, yes a tough character physically.

I count myself lucky to have been selected in the first Rugby Team. The first sport I was at all good at, because of him.

I remember our first away match was against Slough Tech where we won 12 nil. When we left, he transferred us to Wycombe Rugby Club, as a complete team, where we known as "The Swans".

My love of rugby remains today, albeit a bit beyond my capabilities any more.

Mr Clark, (woodwork), likewise nurtured a love of wood, which again remains with me.
