A haven filled with aged people
Many memories each apiece.
A church without a steeple,
With no one there to preach.
Age is but a number,
But within a range we share.
Our well-being all encumber
For each other we do care.
Time is not important
We do not live by time’s alarms;
Those bells and rings are dormant,
No need for this informant.
Here we find contentment
A state much to be desired;
A return on life’s investment
Now that we’ve all retired.
