I work as a modeller and an applied statistician in the TEAM team, in the field of quantitative AOPs, dose-response analysis of single compound or mixture experiments, PBPK modelling, SAR and QSAR modelling, multivariate analysis of mesocosm data, and collecting and analysing data from the US EPA’s ToxCast database.
I currently coordinate a workpackage focussed on toxicologcal assessement in the Twinloop project, an EFSA-funded project on further development of TKPlate and contribute to an EFSA-funded project on update of AOP3. I have been involved in the EUToxRisk 21 project for quantitative AOP modelling the EuroMix for PBPK modelling and OpenRiskNet projects.
