Poster presentation by Enrico Mombelli

Enrico Mombelli has presented a part of his work entilted "Analyse socio-économique du Bisphénol A et de ses substituts avec la méthode IPRA couplée à la modélisation QSPR" in a poster presentation at the 8th CONGRÈS NATIONAL EN SANTÉ ENVIRONNEMENT (in Paris from the 7th to the 8th of December, 2017).

In the framework of this work, molecular docking simulation enabled the prioritization of Bisphenol A substitutes according to their predicted binding affinities towards several nuclear receptors. Moreover, QSAR models provided information on skin permeability propensities of the same chemical alternatives. According to this analysis Pergafast and D-90 present the weakest potential for endocrine disruption.
