Graph_sampler version 3.0.0 release

The latest version of our free software, graph_sampler, is available at http://www.nongnu.org/graphsampler.

Version 3.0.0 proposes several improvements and a new type of graphical model for Bayesian inference on general (cyclic or acyclic) graphs.
