Group 1) EM Control Board Dimensional Inspection

Task Description: Inspect the EM control board and confirm it meets dimensional requirements

Pass Criteria: Test is passed if dimensions J and L are less than 90 mm.

Note: This inspection activity also confirms that the board has been manufactured as requested and is within the design-tolerances specified. As such, additional dimensions are measured.

Test Results: Using a pair of calipers, the dimensions on Figure 1 were measured on the populated payload EM board. These dimensions were recorded in Table I. Measurements show that the board is in tolerance but that the camera mounting holes were milled to large. This occured because the keep-out diameters were sent out instead of the hole dimensions. This error has been corrected for the flight model.
