FM Battery Testing

This page contains the series of battery tests that are required by Nanoracks for flight acceptance. The final battery test report is shown in the "CCP-UMS-00026-RPT-A" document below. All the cells passed the testing requirements set by Nanoracks in "NR-SRD-139-Rev.D". The test report below has been approved by Nanoracks on August 30, 2022.

Test report document below contains the summary of the tests done on the first set of FM cells (UMS-0038) before they were damaged by water leak in the cleanroom.

Cleanroom Water Leak!

When visiting the cleanroom on May 5th, we found that there was a leak in the cleanroom from a recent rainstorm that caused damage to our cells (UMS-0038). Pictures below show the damage. After this, we started to redo the tests on our backup FM cells (UMS-0039).
