Power for deployment mechanisms

There are two deployable mechanisms on the satellite, one for the antenna and the other for the solar arrays. They consume a maximum of 12W together once for the burn wire mechanism. The max. expected current is 1.6-1.9 A. This requires further testing in Phase C.
