Introduction

Provide an overview of the test here, fill out the important fields below:

Task Description: An overview of the test. Include what you're testing, what tools you're using, and what kind of environment you need. (Example test that the solar panes are able to react to a light source in a dark room.)

Completed: Date this report was completed

Documented by: Record the name of the team members undertaking the test and documentation

Resources Required: Include important ground support equipment (GSE),

Verification Activities: List all verification activities that will be completed in this test.

Pass Criteria: Clearly state the pass/fail criteria with important tolerances. Remember to be clear about what is a pass (Show that X is less than Y, or ensure that X +- Y).


Test Apparatus

Provide an outline of the test set up. Including jigs/holding equipment, connections, measuring tools, and how it all works together. Include pictures here for external personel to fully understand:

Test Close-Out
