State metrics

In Civilisation II the player can gain information about his/her civilisations place in the world using the following mechanisms:

    • periodic reports by historians on technology, happiness, power, size and wealth

    • Top 5 cities list

    • the PowerGRAPH shown when the game finishes

Information should be continually accessible by the player, ranking countries by:

    • size of economy

    • population

    • land area

    • number of people in armed forces

    • military strength (sum of attack values of all units)

    • energy usage (Kardashev scale)

This data should be presented both as a table of numbers and a historic trend graph (as the PowerGRAPH).
