    • The route is highlighted on the map from the unit's current location to the tile that the mouse pointer is over. The line is enumerated with the number of turns to reach each point on the line.

    • Left click sets the move order

Go To (used in Civ II)

    • Click button (or hit shortcut key)

    • A dialog box is shown that lists all the province capitals and all player-defined locations (defined via a right click, create goto location)

    • An item the list is selected (mouse or arrow keys), and the dialog's goto button pressed (click or return key)

Move (used in Advanced Tactics)

    • Click button (or hit shortcut key)

    • All possible tiles that can be reached in a single turn are highlighted

    • A left click on a tile sets the move order

Deliver To

    • Each build slot in each province has a "Deliver To" property, allowing the created units to be built with a move order.

    • Each build slot would have the following properties:

      • Item building built - e.g. Phalanx

      • Add to - either an existing unit in the province (e.g. 1st Infantry) or New Unit 1, New Unit 2, etc

      • Deliver to - the move destination given to the built unit

The Move To, Go To and Deliver To tools are useful for non-tactical long moves. The Move tool is useful for tactical maneuvering.
