Suggested Headings on Paper

The following are suggestions on standardized headings that should be used by students in the following grade bands:

Primary Papers (Grades K - 2) should all use a standard heading that include the students first and last name on the top line of the left side of the paper, or the top left corner of any worksheet. (See Appendix 38)

Upper Grade Papers (Grade 3 - 5) should use a standard heading that include the students first and last name on the top line of the left side of the paper with the date across from it on the top line of the right side of the paper. The second line should have the subject on the right and the teacher's name on the left. (See Appendix 39)
