The TKES evaluation model requires all teachers to do the following:
Orientation
Self-Assessment
Pre-Conference (Group or Individual)
Walkthroughs / Formatives (See Below)
Mid-Year Conference
Summative Conference
Professional Learning Plan / Goals
Flexible Cycle:
Fall (One Walkthrough) / Spring (One Formative)
Full Cycle
Each Semester (Two Walkthroughs & One Formative)
*Walkthroughs (10 minutes min)
*Formative Assessments (30 min classroom observation min)
