At Kimberly Elementary School we believe that a culture and climate that welcomes all stake-holders is critical to success. Behavior by all stake-holders, including administrators, teachers, school staff, volunteers, parents, and students influence our school environment every day!
The purpose of this behavior support plan is not to create a list of do’s and don’ts, but to provide a framework as to how Kimberly panthers treat others. We want to ensure that everyone knows how Kimberly Elementary School will develop, teach, model, and reinforce behavior expectations for all members of our school community.

Adult Essential Agreements:
1. All students are greeted at the door every morning
2. Positive adult modeling of SEL competencies
3. Positive phone calls home monthly
4. Full staff mentoring program
5. Classroom Meetings (Circle Time) occur daily
6. Community Gatherings occur monthly (Desired behaviors are taught in advance to prevent disruptions to learning.)
