Collegial Walkthroughs

It is the expectation that all grade level teachers will participate in Collegial Walkthroughs at least 3 times during the school year. The goal of the walkthroughs is to identify exemplary instructional process that can be replicated in ones classroom. A formalized process is used for this. The key is the building of a trusting relationship with ones colleagues so that there is no fear or uneasiness when being observed or doing the observation.

This can be done during your AM Extended Planning Time or your normal planning times. Work with the Instructional Coaches to plan this activity.
