Conferences

Communicate regularly with parents concerning the instructional program in your classroom, the progress of their children, and any other needs or concerns relating to their child. All conferences (phone and face to face) should be documented and are expected to occur at minimum of one per semester. Classroom instruction should never be interrupted for impromptu conferences. Teachers should schedule conferences before or after school, or during your planning time. At least one Teacher Work Day will be set aside for Parent Conferences (Admin will notify).

Communication Logs

Teachers will log communication with parents in Infinite Campus using the Contact Log included in IC. This will eliminate the need for a separate communication log.
