OBITUARY.

The death occurred in Adelaide, on Sunday evening last of Mr James Gilbert Clark, late of American River. The deceased who was 46 years of age had been ailing for the past two years, Mr Clark came to this State from N.S.W, and was manager at the Salt Lake for a short period. He then opened a Store at American River, but owing to ill health was compelled to relinquish business. He served in the Great War, and war privations helped to undermine his health. He joined The Island Lodge of Freemasons about nine years ago and two years ago was installed as Master of the Lodge. Mr Clark leaves a wife, one son and one daughter.
