南非傳統聖誕點心-trifle製作 2015/12/23
感謝Abe老師和他的女友一起用英文教我們製作南非傳統聖誕點心- trifle。
SOUTH AFRICAN TRIFLE
Ingredients:
1 large swiss roll; or sponge cake
1packet of jelly (red or green)
75 ml sweet or medium sherry or brandy;
Berries (1 pkt or tin) and bananas (3)
2 boxes of custard
chopped nuts eg. Pecan or almond
whipped cream ; grated/ flaked cream
Instructions:
Use a glass bowl:
- Make jelly before time to set
- Slice cake and pack in bowl
- Pour sherry over cake , some nuts and jelly over
cake
- Fruit over jelly
- Custard over fruit
- Cream and nuts/ chocolate ; chill it
做給小朋友吃sherry, brandy可以優葛和鳳梨汁代替
