…… implementing a compulsory road law, the wearing of car Seat belts in Australian, started in 1970,

Stats tells us that 75% of road Deaths and 90% of Road Injuries were due to Drivers and Passengers "Weren't wearing Seat belts"

14 months after been made compulsory in one state in 1970, the other 6 states were still considering this Government directive,

it took Australia, 7 long years to make all states comply with this new road law,

Q1] What are the stats for USA & GB?

Q2] What can we do to shorten this life-long delay / approach in reducing Road Injuries and Fatality ?
