Damon is back in Pakistan Oct 2012 for more collaborative projects, workshops, talks and exhibition,
Cowasjee Print Studio of National College of Arts [ NCA ] in Lahore.
Proudly supported by the Australian High Commission in Islamabad
Q1] Damon, It wasn’t long ago, in fact it was exactly the same month Oct 2009, when the Asian magic carpet swept you to India and Pakistan,
Q2] Oct 2012 , you’re in Lahore – Pakistan, exhibiting a collection of prints, a collaborative project with Mr Muhammad Atif Khan, tell us all.
Our musical journey tonight is to introduce Pakistani music to Australia and hence making a positive impact on the perception of Pakistan.
There is a huge difference between the real Pakistan and the Pakistan that is so negatively portrayed.
We have various artists and genres of music, from the soulful Punjabi folk music of Saeein Zahoor, to the awe-inspiring vocals of young talent such as Arooj Aftab, stay with us on 96.5FM for a fantastic cultural night with Arts and Fine music.

Talking about their newest ETCHINGS, for our arty-crafty listeners, we’ll have the wonderful duo artist Kyoko and Damon tell us about [ Talking of a Chameleon ] prints, at Perimeter Books Gallery.
Chameleons have long been known for their ability to change colour and transform. In this suite of ten etchings and a zine Imazu and Kowarsky take that transformation one step further with a series of strange and wonderful animals.
