The image of Islam and Muslims as violent lot is fixed firmly in the minds of people, we all remember the fallout from those offensive cartoons of Prophet Mohammed in Denmark and Salman Rushdi – Satanic Versus.
Well that violent sterotype was confirmed here in Sydney-Australia on Saturday 15th Sep 2012 and other places around the world, we watched an angry mob of Muslim throwing stones, burning flags, scaling embassy walls, getting sprayed with capsicum by NSW-Australia police, burning tyres, calling for revenge on those who had defamed the Prophet, chanting they will sacrifice their lives for the Prophet.
Muslims are not to be taken for fools, nor expected to stand idle when their faith is belittled, we understand how frustrating it is when you can’t get at those responsible, finding a tangible enemy to direct their anger.

Q1] How will you seize this opportunity to tell the world that Islam is beautiful, gentle and sweet.
Q2] What is the reason for these violent behavior / What correction will the Al-Azhar take / why not just demonstrate peacefully
In your article in The Egyptian Gazette of Saturday 15th September 2012 [ opinion ] ;
“Al-Azhar needs to earn once more the respect of Muslims in the street looking for direction”.
Q3] How & What will the Al-Azhar say&do to stop this type of behaviour?
