The Kavi Borkar Smriti Samiti (Registered Trust), has been formed to fullill the needs of Kavi Borkar's fans who have loved his work even after decades after his death.

The trust has as its aims and objects, activities that would keep alive the memory of the Poet and those that would help in development of Poetry, particularly in Marathi and Konkani.

Primary Objectives

• • Bringing together all the writings,publications and Works of Poet Borkar

  • Publicising unpublished writings

  • Promotion of Marathi & Konkani Poetry

• Poetry recitation of the Poetry

As a connoisseur of lietrature and lover of Poet Borkar, your suggestions for pursuance of these objectives are welcome. Please share the copies of letters, photographs, articles, manuscripts on and by the Poet and any memories you have with our beloved Bakibab.

Further, in order to maintain a corpus, out of which these activities could be pursued, any donation to the Trust, would go a long way in realizing the objectives.
