1931: Worked as teacher in Margao, Goa

1932: Participated in Maharashtra Sahitya Sammelan, Kolhapur

1933: Met V.S. Khandekar at Shiroda, admission into Portuguese Teachers Training

First publication of "Pratibha"-collection of poems

1934: Gold medal awarded for Poetry (Tethe kar maze zulti) at Maharashtra
