Part 1: RAW FOOTAGE

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW??

• how to create a new project file
• importing video footage
• how to create a new event
• assembling the RAW footage (unedited footage)
  • Drag ALL unedited footage to timelime
  • REMEMBER: no editing yet!!!
• exporting RAW footage to a shared folder in groupshares (as a quicktime file)
  • Share > Export Movie
  • place in GROUPSHARES > Video > sharing files folder
• correct file naming

Part 2: EDITING

• Split Clips
• detach audio
• delete audio
• add titles over a background
• add titles over a video clip
• change duration (time) of title
• add transitions
• adjust transition time

• EXPORT as a quicktime & save to your documents folder
  • Share > Export Movie
