Tutorials

You are required to complete 5 tutorials within the 9 weeks of this class:

Do a google search, type in: Adobe Illustrator Tutorials, or Adobe Photoshop Tutorials

The tutorials are Adobe Photoshop CS5 (or earlier versions) or Adobe Illustrator CS5 (or earlier versions) that instruct you how to complete a project using these programs.

Tutorial Requirements:

1. The tutorial must be at least 8 steps in length

2. You must be able to complete the tutorial on your own by reading & following along with the steps

3. You must copy & paste the step by step instructions* onto a pages document & submit the instructions.

* You may also just copy and paste the LINK to the internet tutorial onto the pages document if it is very long with many photo examples.

4. You must submit the final tutorial project file into groupshares into the portfolio builder folder in the teacher's desk.

Adobe Illustrator Text: Create Outlines

Select All > Type > Create Outlines

Adobe Photoshop Text: Rasterize Layer

Select Layer > Layer > Rasterize Type
