Create a presentation in GoogleSlides in which you do the following:
- Give us basic background on the play/movie. Who made it? Under what circumstances?
- Describe the effect it has on audiences. What issue(s), specifically, does it bring up? How?
- Explain why those issues are especially relevant right now. What has happened recently? Why do people need to talk about it?
- Show three (embedded YouTube) clips. After each, describe why that moment in the play/movie would engender important discussion.
- Conclude. How could a production or screening of this play conceivably be available to our community?
Share the presentation (view only privileges) with at least five of your classmates. You choose!
Respond to TWO of the presentations your friends share, in emails you send to them (cc me for credit on this assignment!). Each email should:
- have at least six sentences.
- comment on a specific observation within the presentation (What point in the presentation was most interesting to you?)
- respond in depth to the central idea of your friend's presentation (What do you observe that makes this play or film important or unimportant in our world today?)
