Pranavavum Sankyadarsanavum

Pranavavum Sankyadarsanavum by Chattampi Swamikal is the text of his lecture given to an audience who were scholars and philosophers. It deals with the characterization of the Absolute, its manifestation in three forms and its symbolization AUM. Pranavam or Omkaram is the base of Advaita Vedanta. Upanishads gives much importance to Pranavam. Chandogyam mentions it as Udgithopasana. Mandukyam is an Upanishad devoted to discussing Pranavam in detail. Swami clears many secrets related to numbers in architecture, music and other sciences. Swami reveals here that the mathematics of movement is not an invention of modern science. Swami also argues in this lecture that the movement of man and universe are according to precise calculations. To enjoy any movement we have to understand the mathematics behind it. Even in the breaking of a rhythm there is a rhythm. Swami explains the secrets behind all arts, which no one has earlier attempted to explain.
