Missing Assignment

You have the ability to fix the mistake of a missed assignment for full points.  Your ability to clarify HOW and WHEN the work will happen and the COMMITMENT to get the job done by that time is critical for any career.  Sometimes you may need to have a HERO DAY, eliminate distractions and even sacrifice other time or commitments to get it done the right way.

Read and follow these directions closely.  Each step is critical to your grade and missing steps can deduct points.

1. Email to bpistone@lrhsd.org

2. cc your parents  

3. subject line: “Missing Assignment- “name of assignment”

4. The email will list the following (copy and paste this list into the email):

• The due date that was missed.

• The details and specific dates (HOW and WHEN) the work will be made up.

• On a scale of 1-10 how do you rate yourself on this assignment?  Explain your rating. 

• How could you improve?

• Teach me the best way to help you on future assignments. 

5. You must email the link to the approved media in Google Classroom to bpistone@lrhsd.org using the student email system.

The email, doc and the approved final submission is due the day after the deadline-and you will receive full points if you submit everything that day.  

Every day late after that= -10 points. 

No points awarded after 2 business days beyond the due date.
