Portrait Lighting

Work in pairs only- we can have multiple sets in the same room.

Read "8 Portrait Lighting Setups Every Photographer Should Know".

Shoot each (9 lighting setups behind the scenes and a bust shot for each-see the example and the explanation doc) 

#9 is checker board- you will need 2 lights on for the subject one for the background (reference #34 Lighting the face video).

Resize and retouch in Lightroom.

Be sure to selectively mask the subject and the background in the develop tab to post process.

Make a Google Slides, add each image, label each and submit to yout portfolio.
