Read the B+H article on lens tub extenders.

Grab a camera (3500-3300 bodies) and a lens tube(s) or macro lens.

Shoot 10 or more macro shots. 

Import photos from sd card to your library in Lightroom.  Retouch in Lightroom.  Create a contact sheet and add it to your portfolio.  Export your best retouched shots to your portfolio.
