GENERAL INFORMATION:
We will cover all sizes of meets.

For those small meets with a few teams, we will still come.  We can just time or we can type in         scoring or we can assign bibs
 
Our General COST to you:
It is based on travel distance, number of teams, number of races, and registration options.               Contact us for final quote. We simply need to know the number of teams, number of             races,your registration option.
 
SPECIAL NOTE: for those small meets, the cost will basically be travel, few supplies and for         that day only.
 
 
Our  REGISTRATION SERVICES:
We can provide you with a template to email to your teams and take care of that for you.  You         will just need to provide the email addresses.  This is NO cost to you.
 
You set up your event on flrunners.com or another online service and we can download your             entries.
 
We can set up your event for you on flrunners.com; the cost will be invoiced to you in the final         invoice.
 
We PROVIDE:
Bibs and safety pins for all participants.  All pre-event paperwork, etc. needed for race
    day. 
 
Packets for teams with needed information on race day completed for you.
 
We will include maps, coaches' letters or anything else you wish to be placed in the             packet.  Just provide us with the data.
 
ALL paperwork, clip boards needed to score meet.
 
Detailed explanation on site what we would need from your volunteers to ensure                 accuracy.
 
Timing and scoring with RACETAB.
 
Final results
 
You would need to PROVIDE:
A secure area for all equipment with a power source, table and tent. (We can provide table and tent but you would need to notify us)
 
Finish line clerk.
 
Volunteers to collect bibs and record the score sheets.
 
Someone to validate all entries prior to entering computer.
 
The meet director to confirm results before being made 'official'.
 
We would like access to site one hour before coaches' meeting to set up, etc.
 
We can help set up chutes, etc. if we are notified in advance.  We can also place your         event on the list on this site and send it to other coaches who may be looking for a         meet.
