Meet Management
Meet management has re-ordered the order of the meet. This should take advantage of all down time and actually give key events more rest time. If you have a miler who does long jump, shot or discus, please let us know immediately. The following schedule will be adhered.
Field events will begin. The consolation 800's will begin simultaneously. At the conclusion of the consolation 800's, the mile run will be done. Then, the following order will be used after the mile runs and the girls' high jump is almost complete:

You will send us your rosters. We will email you a template for rosters.
Next, we will send you a template to enter your competitor numbers for each event.
Entry Deadline:
Rosters due Tuesday, February 23, NOON
(we will send you rosters with competitor numbers Tuesday night and the form to enter the meet)
Entries for meet are due: Thursday, February 25, 10 a.m.
Entry Limits/Scoring:
Open entries in individual events/ one relay
All can score
Parking Concerns: Lecanto High School dismisses at 2:22. Thus, your athletes can be dropped off in the back if needed, but once the rush of after school is done, please move buses to parking lot in front of Lecanto High School. NO ONE can remain out back. Thank you.
Warm Ups once the meet begins will be outside the track area.
Once the meet begins, no athletes will be allowed on infield. It will be a restricted area for all athletes. Will result in disqualification of school's participants in an event.
REMINDER: Coaches, remember athletes cannot be in a field event without an official or coach BEFORE or AFTER an event. Please remind them this will result in a warning and then other action. Thanks
