COST: $85 per school/ $50 for one gender

Limits: First 10 teams

Coaches' Meeting: 3:45

Meet Time: 4:00

(Times are a guideline and if at any time can go earlier, we will. As long as the 3200 Relay teams are running at those times and the technology is kind, we will do our best to adhere)

4:05 Field events: boys and girls' long jump, girls and boys' pole vault, girls' high jump, boys' shot put, girls' discus (others follow upon conclusion as needed)

SPECIAL NOTE: POLE VAULT WILL BE RUN SIMULTANEOUSLY FOR MALE AND FEMALE. Opening height will be 6'0

4:05 Girls' 3200 relay- will be run in one heat as long as under 12 teams

4:25 Boys' 3200 relay-- will be run in one heat as long as under 12 teams

4:45 Non Scoring 800 Meters Girls

4:55 Non Scoring 800 Meters Boys

5:05 Non Scoring 1600 Meters Girls

5:25 Non Scoring 1600 Meters Boys

5:45 Girls High Hurdles

*** REMINDER- Coaches please read: athletes by rule cannot warm up at a field event without an official present. Once a field event concludes that venue is closed and NO FURTHER throws or jumps. If an athlete violates this, they can possibly be DQ'd from the event even if the event has concluded.

Once the meet begins, NO athlete will be allowed on the infield. ALL Warm ups will be outside the track area. Coaches, please do not put us in a position to DQ an athlete in a restricted area. Please make sure your athletes stay out of the infield once the running events begin. Exceptions will be LHS athletes since their coaches are working and these athletes will be moving blocks, hurdles, etc.

Awards:

Ribbons for 1st-8th: will be sent after meet; results will be verified first.

Parking:

All buses must park in back and athletes must unload in the back. No buses in the front parking lot.

Gate Fee: $2.00 per spectator

There will be a concession stand.

Entries:

Will be done by a template emailed to athleticsscoringservices@yahoo.com; it will be seeded. You may enter 10 athletes per individual event and one relay per school.

Deadline for Entries:

Thursday, Feb. 12, 2015, 6 p.m.

(Scoring) Distance Runners and Relay Anchors will wear bib numbers AND hip numbers.

There will be at least two heats in the 1600 Meters and 800 Meters. Coaches, please put your athletes in the proper section. Yes. It is understandable if your athletes are in your 3200 Relay, they will be in the later session of 800 meters regardless of time.

Tentative break times (may be adjusted)

Girls 800 = 3:00

Boys 800= 2:25

Girls 1600 = 6:35

Boys 1600= 5:10

Field Events: will be run in flights of 8-10. The following field events will start earlier if there are schools on campus early:
