Parking Concerns and Admission Costs:

Tickets are $2.00 per person over 5 and will be collected before spectators are allowed to park. Please follow instructions of all deputies and volunteers regarding parking.

Parking will be in the bus parking lot. Thank you.

Participating Schools: Carver Middle, Cecil E Gray Middle, Clermont Middle, East Ridge Middle, Eustis Middle, Imagine Charter Middle, Mt. Dora Middle, Oak Park Middle, Tavares Middle, Umatilla Middle, Windy Hill Middle

Registration: Entries will be done via email to athleticsscoringservices@yahoo.com You will receive a template from that address no later than September 8. We only need your varsity runners and the template will indicate that. Thanks.

Deadline for entries: Friday, September 23, Noon, emailed to athleticsscoringservices@yahoo.com. Please abide by the deadline.

Complete Rosters:

Will be posted on this website barring any technical difficulty no later than 8 p.m., Saturday, September 24.

Time Schedule:

Coaches' Meeting: 4:00

Varsity Boys 4:30

Varsity Girls 5:00

Junior Varsity 5:30

Information for Scoring:

Varsity will run 7 and score 5

Junior Varsity will not be team scored.

All varsity participants will wear a bib pinned on the chest.

Junior Varsity will be given a placeholder as finish. Times will be posted after last runner so athletes can go see their times.
