The course is a new two mile course, some of which will be off school property, utilizing the City of Leesburg Fitness Trail. It will be lined with paint and tape to make it simple to follow. We will have volunteers lining parts of the course to make sure it is being followed properly, and for supervision.
In the boys race we had a mistake several years back . They cut the track one lap short, please review the course with runners when you arrive. There will be an attempt to have more volunteers on course directing.

Parking Concerns and Admission Costs: $2.00 per person for school aged and above.
It is important to follow parking map provided on Course Map link-- there is minimal parking for buses and cars!!

Registration: Entries will be done via email to athleticsscoringservices@yahoo.com You will receive a template from that address no later than September 7, 2017.
Deadline for entries: Friday, September 15, Noon, emailed to athleticsscoringservices@yahoo.com. Please abide by the deadline.
Complete Rosters:
Will be posted on this website barring any technical difficulty no later than 8 p.m., Saturday, September 16-- and if we have all the entries.

Time Schedule:
Coaches' Meeting: 5:15 (all will be given their 15 minute warm up)
Varsity Boys 5:30
Varsity Girls 6:00
Junior Varsity 6:30
Information for Scoring:
Varsity will run 7 and score 5
Junior Varsity will not be team scored.
All varsity participants will wear a bib pinned on the chest.
Junior Varsity will be given a placeholder as finish. Times will be posted after last runner so athletes can go see their times.
