8:15 Coaches Meeting
9:00 Girls Long Jump (Triple Jump to follow)
Boys Long Jump (Triple Jump to follow)
Girls Shot Put (Boys Shot Put to follow)
Boys Discus (Girls Discus to Follow)
Girls High Jump (Boys High Jump to follow)
9:15 Girls 4 x 800 (followed by Boys)
10:30 Running Finals (No Running Prelims – All Heats are against time)
Girls will be first, followed by boys
100 meters
1600 meters
4 x 100 relay
400 meters
800 meters
200 meters
4 x 400 relay
Entry Limits: 4 per school – Individual Events
1 per school – Relay Events
Each athlete may participate in up to 4 events including relays
Field Events: 4 jumps/4 throws (no finals)
Opening Heights: Girls High Jump - 3’ 8”, Boys High Jump - 4’ 6”

Coaches: field events are covered. No volunteers are needed.
Entrants:
Will be done on flrunners; Coach Mader will send instructions.
Events will be seeded based on what is entered on flrunners.
