There will be a consolation 800 and consolation 1600 for males and females after the 3200 relay and before the hurdles. There are 13 teams coming and there is a goal to give all as fair a chance as possible. At this time, the 3200 will be run separate, also. The cut off times for the 800 and 1600 are listed below with the CLEAR understanding that if you have an athlete in the 3200 Relay, he/she can run in the nighttime runs. Your choice obviously. Just know regardles of that athlete's individual times, put them in the best position for the kid.

Male = 2:25 up run in consolation
Female = 2:55 up run in consolation
Male = 5:45 up run in consolation

Coaches' Meeting: 3:30 on infield (corrected January 30)
Start time: 4:00pm-- first calls will be at 3:45, second at 3:52, third at 3:57. First jumps and throws will begin at 4.
INFIELD off limits once meet starts for athletes. ALL warm ups will be outside stadium area.
Coaches: you can be on infield; however, if you wish to speak to an athlete, you need to go to them off the infield.
Details: no limitations for entry per event per school, Yes, restrictions on measurements after 1st attempt for field events that apply.
Concessions: Yes, will be available throughout the meet
FAT Timing: Yes, Athletic Scoring Services, IC
Cost: $80 per school, $40 per gender
Ribbons: All events Top 8 places will receive ribbons Ribbons will be mailed after the event's results have been verified. (updated January 31)
Registration: template of rosters from Athletics' Scoring Providers; you will need to send an email to email@example.com to confirm they have your email address. They will respond within 24 hours or they did not receive your information. If you do not hear from them, contact me.
Deadline for Rosters: Thursday, Feb. 14, 7 p.m.
Entries: All will receive a bib and will enter events via bib number
Rosters will be posted on this webpage no later than Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, 9 p.m. You can check and make sure all your athletes are entered.
